Broccoli and Potato Rice Bowl

Ingredients
- Broccoli - 1 head, cut into florets
- Potato - 3 medium, diced
- Rice - 3 cups, cooked
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, steam the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Remove from pot and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked rice, boiled potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Stir well to combine.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to evenly distribute the seasonings.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through and flavors are well combined.
