Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Then, divide it into two equal parts.
- Roll each portion into a rectangle. Place the cooked sausage slices on top of each rectangle.
- Roll up the dough around the sausages to form a log. Cut each log into breadsticks.
