- Eggs - 2
- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Cacao - 3 tbsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Peaches - 2, sliced
- Butter - 2 tbsp
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, flour, and cacao until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp of butter.
- Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet and swirl to spread it thinly. Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to lift.
- Flip the crepe and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- In another skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat and add the sliced peaches. Saute for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Place a few peach slices in the center of each crepe, fold the sides over, and transfer to a plate.
- Optional: dust with a little cacao powder or powdered sugar before serving.
