  2. Eggs - 2
  3. Flour - 1/2 cup
  4. Cacao - 3 tbsp
  5. Water - 1/4 cup
  6. Peaches - 2, sliced
  7. Butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, flour, and cacao until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp of butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet and swirl to spread it thinly. Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to lift.
  4. Flip the crepe and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. In another skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat and add the sliced peaches. Saute for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  6. Place a few peach slices in the center of each crepe, fold the sides over, and transfer to a plate.
  7. Optional: dust with a little cacao powder or powdered sugar before serving.
