Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the pan and let it rest.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the orzo to the pan and toast for 2 minutes, then pour in 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes until orzo is tender.
