Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the onions and carrots to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the can of tomatoes and au jus sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
